Performance- There are recital opportunities for students who desire to share their musical accomplishments with family and friends.  Typically two recitals are done per year, one in December, and one in May.

Competition- For competitive students they will find a varied adjudication opportunities from performance to composition.

Skill Building- All students who perform in either recital or competition have the ability to take advantage of performance classes which will hone their performance skills and enable them to enter their performance with greater confidence.

Early Learners- Younger students will find their lessons are tailored to their need and desire to move.  Often students will jump between the bench, floor activities or movement activities to break up their lesson time and work on skills and concepts through various mediums.

Games- Students incorporate voice practice games both in studio and at home to encourage effective practice that is focused on quality and not quantity.  These games encourage motivation in practice and help reduce the burn-out that can occur with repetitive practice.

Schedule- A#Studio follows the Princeton ISD calendar.  A full calendar is listed under current students log-in page.

Summer- Seasonal study is an important part of growing in musical skills and abilities. Summer lessons are offered in packages of four, six, or eight lessons that can be used in June, July, and August. This gives students and parents flexibility with schedules while also keeping musical skills fresh.

Christmas- Students also enjoy a break from the norm during the Christmas season when we dust off the Christmas music and learn some favorites to share with family and friends through the Holiday seasons.

All lessons strive to set a solid foundation for students focusing on strong skills in theory, rhythm, sight-reading, musicality, note recognition and music history.  How students achieve these goals will be different for each student and everyone's path to independence in music will be uniquely theirs.  The Studio is proud to produce capable musicians who enjoy all that music has to offer.  Contact the studio today to find out more about these unique learning opportunities.
